Fire Safety Resources!

Find fun and engaging activities to teach kids about fire safety. It is important children know basic precautions when dealing with fire prevention!

1. Be sure all smoke detectors are tested and have batteries.
2. If there is a fire, do not stay inside. Find the nearest exit or window to safely get outside.
3. Let an adult handle matches, lighters, stoves, or other electrical appliances.
4. If your clothes are on fire, do not move. Stop, drop, and roll.
5. If you have to escape a fire, stay low to the floor and crawl.
6. When you see a fire, call 911.
