What do I need to download and view my resources?

All resources are provided in PDF (printable) and Google Slides (digital) formats. 

For printable resources: You’ll need a PDF reader like Adobe Reader (free and already installed on most computers). If your computer doesn’t have Adobe Reader, you can download the free version using this link. https://get.adobe.com/reader/

For digital resources: You’ll need a Google account. Simply make a copy of the slides to your Google Drive and you’re ready to go.

Can I preview a resource before purchasing?

Yes! Most of our resources include preview images so you can see exactly what you’re getting before you buy.

We want you to feel confident that what you’re choosing will work for your students.

Are the resources editable?

Many of our resources are not editable—they’re designed to be ready-to-use so you can save time and start teaching right away.

However, some resources do include editable components using Adobe Reader. If a resource includes an editable option, it will always be clearly noted on the product page so you know exactly what to expect before purchasing.

What can I use these resources for?

How many times can I download my purchase?

Once you purchase, your resources are yours to download and use anytime for your classroom. We just ask that you don’t share files with others, as each purchase is licensed for individual use.

Can I share these resources with my team or colleagues?

Each purchase is licensed for individual use, so files can’t be shared with others.

If your teammates love the resource too (we hope they do!), they’ll need to purchase their own copy or explore our membership for broader access.

Do you have a membership or subscription option?

I was charged, but I can’t download my purchase. What should I do?

No problem! We can help with that. 

First, make sure you’re downloading on a computer (not a phone or tablet) since some files are large and need to be unzipped.

Can I use a purchase order to purchase resources from you?

Yes. We accept purchase orders. Please send us an email at customersupport@educationtothecore.com and we can create a quote or invoice for your order. 

My credit card was declined. Why?

When you see a message saying your credit card was declined, you were not charged for the order. Our payment processor does not tell us the reason for the decline. You will have to check with your bank. Many times, the card information was entered incorrectly. Please try again or, you can try with a different card.

What is your refund policy?

Because our resources are digital and available instantly, we’re unable to offer refunds.

That said—we stand behind what we create. If something isn’t working the way you expected, review our return/refund policy for further action.
